My 2019 Goal Setting

This is my Condensed Life Mastery Blueprint at this stage of my life. I learned from Stefan and Tony Robbins that goal setting is very important to achieving success in your life.

So here it goes:

Health & Fitness Goals:

  1. I will easily do a wind-down ritual and go to bed early before 10:30 PM 6 days a week.
  2. I will easily wake up naturally, fresh & energised @ 6:30 AM and do my empowering morning ritual for at-least 5 days a week
  3. I will easily do my sleep research and analysis and do everything I can to make “Early to bed early to rise” into a concrete habit, at least once a week.
  4. I will have easily established wind down ritual, morning ritual & early to bed early to rise into a concrete habit by December 31st, 2019.
  5. I will easily Do my Lunch @ 12:30PM, Evening Snack @ 5PM and Dinner by 9PM and keep a 1.5 hour gap between Dinner and Bedtime at least 5 days a week.
  6. I will easily walk at least 15 minutes after dinner at least 6 days a week. Record the steps using the Pacer app and listen to a podcast simultaneously.
  7. I will easily exercise for at least 10 minutes a day for 4 days a week.
  8. I will easily meditate using WHM (Wim Hoff Method) for at least 15 mins each day 3 days a week.
  9. I will easily do a 12 hour dry fast on Friday every week.
  10. I will easily take cold showers for 3 mins or more atleast 3 days a week.
  11. I will easily drink at least 1 litre of water everyday and keep my body hydrated 6 days a week.

These are goals related to my Health. I will soon publish my Money and Friends related Goals.

If you are wondering why I used “I will easily….” in every sentence it is because it empowers you subconciously and makes it more likely for you to actually achieve it. I learned it from Stefan and he learned it from Tony Robbins.
